Marlin Financial Services no cca

Hi

I sent a cca to Marlin financial and within one day of them receiving it they have sent my £1 back with a letter saying they haven't got it making my debt unenforceable. They have suspended all activity on the account.
Do I need to send any account in dispute letters or is theirs enough?
I have obviously stopped my payments too.
