I have been requested to pay by my local council a payment for a gym membership from 2 years ago.They say I paid 11 payments but that I missed a payment.The gym was run by the local councul and this letter received last week only is the first time they have notified me of this missed payment.I dont have any details of any receipts from this period.
They say they will get a CCJ sent for this.Do I have to pay this as it was
from August 2010.
