How to get a repayment schedule???

Since the FSA took over the regulation of mortgages it seems impossible to get a repayment schedule from any lender?

Is there anyway round this? Surely anybody taking a mortgage wants to know how much the outstanding balance will be at certain milestones? Namely at the end of any introductory interest period!!!

If I take a 2 year fixed rate with a lender, is it too much to ask how much I will owe them at the end of the 2 years?

I have noticed that most illustrations ( aka KFI) I obtain directly from a lender for clients
do not show this info. - perhaps not a requirement ?

It is however still available via the professional sourcing system I use.

Okay, I really don't know if this will be of any help to you, but I needed to find the same thing out as I make overpayments and have to ensure that my initial repayments are not too high to pay an ERC within my offer period.

Unfortunately C&G can't offer me this type of calculation, and I don't want to just "wait and see"!

Anyhow....I found this site on the internet. It's a US site, so the figures are in dollars (so please excuse), but the final figures match what my mortgage lender gave me, so I'm figuring that the year on year figures of the remaining principal are pretty much there?

Sorry if it's no help, but I've not been able to find any other tool which will give me this info. (If anyone else has some better software then I'd be very happy to hear ;);)).
