I think when you re registered you might have changed the time where you are on the globe. If you go into setting you should be able to change it there.

You need to go to Control Panel and then edit options and scroll down to time.

You need the app on you IPad or IPhone. Once you do the comparison it should give oyu the option to send a voucher to an email .:)
