Lala! Can you add the T&Cs of the APG and the advice about 8 items (from the first page of this thread, as well as the abbreviations list) to the first page of that thread? I forgot to reserve some posts for it.

    Many thanks. :A
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

  • Just wanted to say how fabulous you all are! I just got a phone call from asda, re trout lady when she refused to give us a good will £2 giftcard when reduced bakery was overcharged.
Thank you for clearing up the policy for me, HO even said 'an overcharge is an overcharge' :D they are going to send me the giftcard and also call the manager of the store to inform them and retrain or rebrief the staff. I hope the lady at CS gets a good telling off as she was also really petty and foul to the people in front of us and I'd hate for more people to fall into the hands of her unprofessional attitude!
So thank you everyone for helping and suggesting I contact asda HO. It's so lovely to have support here when you are made to feel like an idiot in store. :)

Wow looks like it might be calming down a little in here. Haven't stood a chance of keeping up recently so hope I haven't missed any important news :o

Have a sad baby today :( - he had to have a blood test yesterday as DS1 has an under active thyroid and they tested DS2 when he was tiny but wanted to retest him at 6 months. He isn't old enough to appreciate his little baby food stash yet but massive thanks to the OP :D

They gather the prices twice weekly in store. They will not show you the prices they work off because when the offers end there is a bit of an overlap. ;)

    Hmmmm. Thats interesting......
