Successfully redeemed my APGs which had been troublesome yesterday; in one case I didn't fancy the prospect of any confrontation so simply took a couple of clothing items directly to Customer Services (which at the time had by far the shortest queue anyway) and asked to pay for them right there. My highest value APG was accepted without even a blink, the staff member was nice as pie. Job done!

Then a quick targeted shop, no issues today... here are the highlights...

    1 x Heinz Tomato Ketchup Squeezy (1.5Kg) £3.00 £0.19
    1 x ASDA Smartprice Conditioner (500ml) £0.24 £0.16
    1 x Head & Shoulders Anti Dandruff Shampoo - Colour Ca... £4.98 £0.16
2 x Herbal Essences Beautiful Ends Split End Protectio... £4.00 £0.32
    2 x Herbal Essences Beautiful Ends Conditioner (400ml) £4.00 £0.32

I went through self serve the lady sorted out the apg coupon but the hole in the till for coupons had been taped over that threw me but I told her as long as I my receipt back so could put it in her pocket, eventually I walked off with just my new receipt & old one I nearly left the store, had to run back for the shopping  especially as there was a big drama going on someone trying to run off with only paying for part of their shopping at SS till

    Hola!

Back from my second APG 'poo shop and I have a few questions....
    • Am I right in that it will DEFINITELY compare against Ts if you have either the 1.5kg ketchup, the mincemeat or the soft & gentle deo? I couldn't find the first two and was panicking, I eventually found the mincemeat but I was just wanting clarification....
    • Do you buy the hairdye in the 3 for 2 or seperately? I whimped out of getting the Casting Creme Black Cherry as I wasn't sure on this, so bought 5 Aussie and the 44p gel.
    • The Aussie Take the Heat Leave-In Spray (150ml) that's comparing, is this the 'Dual Personality heat protection spray 150ml' coming up as something different, or would the DP one be the wrong product?
    • The Aussie colour mate that are comparing, are these doing so with the ltd edition packaging as well as the normal ones?
Aware of how fickle these glitches are so just wondering...:o

Very happy shop though, the guy took my just under £20 APG without blinking an eye :D Keeping them chatting SO works!

Also when I put my trolley back, there was a crisp, clean £100+ receipt sat in the trolley next row along, so I 'relieved' it of the nasty bit of paper and realised there was only one multisaving on it! Unfortunately it's less than an hour old so no idea what'll happen with it yet but I'm hopeful :D

Well, I took the doggie out for a nice walk in the sunshine, had another check on here to see what I was going for, and went to A$da ............... to find it closed so had to come straight back home. I'd checked online and saw it closed at 10pm but got the wrong day and it closed at 8pm on Wedneday. I thought it was Thursday today :o:o

Arh well, back to catching up ........... excited by the Nivea and the coke glitches :j :j

Well done to your DS as I know it has been very hard for him lately :j :j

Wasn't it a beautiful day 3Dogs? Bit chilly tonight like.....

Oh no not more glitches lol, just really starting to get the idea of the poo shops, managed a cleaning one today!!

I could now do with some real food .....!

I have 3 sada's within about 10 miles of my house have only tried out two of them so far as other is a pain to get to howwever have used lots of apg's in one of them and a couple in the second so may give the 3rd a try this time.

I am going to take my sister with me on Friday to try and explain to her how it all works however she is not a forum type person so think that I could be doing all the reading then telling her what to buy which I don't mind as it beats having to go and buy the stuff for her as well. She was gobsmacked when she saw my supplies and I told her how much I had paid.

Roll on 0300 and time to go home to bed.

However have got to be up reasonably early as I badly sprained my ankle 6 weeks ago and it is still very painful so have yet another trip to the gp's tomorrow about it...

Darn it! ( or a swear word!).

With all the excitement of the thread I completely forgot that the first episode of Dallas was on tonight!

Did anyone watch it? Was it any good?

I used to love Dallas back in the 80s!
