..... That cheapo conditioner is indeed wonderful for cleaning leather suites with!!!

I have just put clean cushion covers in the sofas and cleaned the leather sofas with a good splurge of conditioner on a clean, damp clothe.

    Perfect :T

bang goes my hour with my feet up....cant relax now until Ive tried it:rotfl:
    Number 35 :j
  • All your apg trout messages are worrying! Though it's good to be informed of the possible scenarios! I helped mum with one today-though she didn't really have a clue. I think her apg may be over £10 as when we got home I checked she had a lot of products that would have been cheaper in tosco. Though all the sp conditioners had gone since I was there this morning! It seems we have lots of mse'ers there :) so she had to have the 44p gel!

Just hope she doesn't get trouted when she comes to use the apg

Grrrr - just did a couple of poo shops and put too much through on one shop and got a £17 voucher......

    Bring on the trouting!

I have just done the same twice

1 is for £18 and the other is for £16

Thats what you get for rushing and having a 3 year old with you

Has anyone tried the cider yet - lost track of how many to get, is it 4,5 or is it 20.?

I will later when I get the car back, I was thinking 12 was the best number 3 for £5 in As and 4 for £5 in Ts. Only thing is that will give you an APG over £10 if it works. ;)
  • I've just had trouble in N'ards, till supervisor didn't think you could use more than one in a day  she had to check the over £10 one was ok and then said I couldn't use the £6 on the same day so would have to check because it was for a different purchase.
Cue trouty manager who looked at the two receipts to see what was the same and thankfully there were only a few s/poos the same but he did mention this.
He went to check it out at CS and came back to say 'I don't know what Toscos are playing at but they've everything coming up at 16p!' then said he'd have to report it to HO, sorry peeps :(. Hopefully nothing will be done soon.

Aw, I hope it wasn't too bad for you. I was thinking of heading to N'ards to spend my two biggies but I think I'll leave it now! It was only a matter of time before someone twigged anyway :p

I did not moan I just said it I could not keep up.

My comment regarding moaning wasn't directed at you, sorry if your thought it was, I quoted your comment to add some context to mine.

I was making more a general point.

    Hi Cosmic,

If I was to swap your vanish power powder for the 2l Domestos, do you think this shop would work for me
    Thank you:):)
    :o Missed it.

Yes, I don't see why not. As long as you have your base cheapie (asda lemon toilet cleaner 750ml = 75p), you will get these for 53p.

Available in Asda and on 3 for 2 in Waitrose
I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!
  • Oh no, hope they don't invalidate all apg that have the tesco 16p thing... :/

wombling is bad for your health.
saw an elderly lady clipped by a car in asda carpark driver said she stepped in front of him she goes but you were going to run over that big receipt:eek::eek:
i stayed with her while ambulance came and checked her over she told me she works in charity shop and collects receipts and the nice ladies at the libary print them for her and she uses the money for raffle prizes
what a wonderful lady she was ok and her son came and collected her when she said she had only got 1 receipt and gave her my 2 and told her i would not womble on monday / wednesday/ friday the days she is in town i also will drop some products of for her at the shop if she can help others at her age I shouild at least try and do more

also missed my bus for second day running..........

Good story, 8/10 for inventiveness, only losing 2 points because she first blurted out that she was aiming for the receipt!

Kadison what colours are you looking for? Sorry not sure if anyone answered you yet:(

Purple or black, also very very dark brown at a push :o I should mention my hair is naturally black and I only use purple or black as they suit me even when they fade (to deep red/dark brown) whereas reds fade to light red/nearly ginger and dark browns to light browns, which don't look good on me, I'm not a goth or anything :D

    afternoon all :)
    happy birthday MMW (i think?)

thanks to purd for advice RE Leo, boyfriend came over and got him to sleep in five minutes, couldnt believe it smug sod lol.

Took leo to doctors yesterday about his nappy rash doctor told me "should have bought him here sooner its very infected" i eplained i thought it was normal nappy rash and was just trying to get it under control myself but he was annoyed.

he then told me leo is obese and he wants to weigh him so got him on scales and he was 25kg (4stone) doctor said he is far to overweight and i explained hes always been big since he was born and said apart from sweets sometimes like i think most kids have he sometimes only drinks milk and wont even touch his dinner etc, i dont fill him up with rubbish but doctor made me feel like the worst person alive, i asked him for advice then got told social services are going to want to know what i'm doing to him to make him like this if there is nothing wrong with his glands etc, i dont really know what else he said my head was spining after this he made it sound like leo was going to get taken off of me for being over weight :(:(:(
walked back to where mum was and just broke down couldnt breath felt like i was dying, felt like i was going to collapse infront of everyone.mum told me to write everything i give him down and see if maybe i realise "oh he is having that too much" etc but i just feel so bad i havent stopped crying all night i dont know what to do i dont want them to take my boy from me :(:(:(:(

I would report this doctor, what a horrific way to treat someone! Don't worry, social services take a child from a parent as a last resort only, they're not going to take your little one away on the say-so of one incredibly nasty doctor xxxxx
