P.s please do not put me on ignore.

Don't be daft, I thought it was hilarious. Easy mistake, would be true as well if it was a saturday night!!

he then told me leo is obese and he wants to weigh him so got him on scales and he was 25kg (4stone) doctor said he is far to overweight and i explained hes always been big since he was born and said apart from sweets sometimes like i think most kids have he sometimes only drinks milk and wont even touch his dinner etc, i dont fill him up with rubbish but doctor made me feel like the worst person alive, i asked him for advice then got told social services are going to want to know what i'm doing to him to make him like this if there is nothing wrong with his glands etc, i dont really know what else he said my head was spining after this he made it sound like leo was going to get taken off of me for being over weight :(:(:(
walked back to where mum was and just broke down couldnt breath felt like i was dying, felt like i was going to collapse infront of everyone.mum told me to write everything i give him down and see if maybe i realise "oh he is having that too much" etc but i just feel so bad i havent stopped crying all night i dont know what to do i dont want them to take my boy from me :(:(:(:(
Oh Tricia, I really feel for you. I'm sure you are a great mum to Leo. But keeping a food diary is a very good idea (as QPR said). Do you all sit down together to eat? I find my 3 yr old eats better/more dinner when we all sit down together.

My brother has always been fussy re: food. when he was 10, he would only eat yogurts. Mum took him to the doctors and she said to just let him eat them, they weren't the worst in the world and he would come out of it eventually. And he did.
Sending you a big hug:A xx

Regarding Apg I just had a thought, if one went to asda and bought everything that was on offer in tesco, would that automatically compare with tesco and give a good apg?
    Short answer is yes...:D

Is anyone still waiting for their LYB cards from BS?
Yep, all four of mine. On sat, the two weeks would have passed. How long are people going to leave it before they ring and ask where the LYB cards are?

  • Thanks to the poster who shared tips on what to do with cheap conditioner.

i'm washing our sleeping bags with my bottle of SP conditioner - no idea how much to use, so I has about 50ml conditioner for a medium load.

hopefully it will come out ok.

P.s No tiger cub yet so A here I come :D

Think tiger cub may be waiting for a decent T's glitch :D
  • Just before you nip out and buy all the JF poo in your local, I wondered if you might have misheard or missunderstood. Everyone I know uses more conditioner than shampoo, especially if their hair is longer. I go through nearly 3 cond to 1 poo.:o

Sorry , if I'm butting in and you have got it right, I would have felt bad if you'd wrongly stocked up and I'd not mentioned it.:);)

Yeah I'm same I use way more con than poo too :)

Thank you for being understanding Mrs Stinkface and it seems it has given a few people a laugh this morning too. :)

Scamps I have not received my LYB cards either, I did 3 orders in total.

It will be frustrating today not being able to get to Asda, but sorry for the ones that have been trouted trying to use their Apg's. I would be mortified I really would.

I am such a wimp with anything like that. :o

Guy asked me "why I bought 3 bottles of Ketchup at the same time" - I said no problem I'm emptying the bottles out and selling the empty bottles to the Americans on Ebay at $20 a pop - collectors items, its all Mo Farah uses.

Vanilla TiwsitWelcome to the thread and, hello.
FC et alReally enjoyed reading all your stories to and fro to each other. I hope you are all feeling better today and I'm sure you'll all look fab in your new dresses.
ML, Aaul1, MrsB I agree. Since this glitch started I have bought about 5 shampoo, 5 thickining men's ones :o and about 100 conditioner!
CaptainblondechickSorry to hear about your trouting. Get CS rang and get your local store manager and supervisors retrained. They are just a bit dim that is all. Don't be scared.
Be good, everyone. Great to see the thread so friendly and lively with all you wonderful contributors. LukcyW Same for you, ring CS and have your store trained.

  • Good morning everyone.

Its my first day were all 3 kids are back at school. DS and DD2 didn't want to go but went in the end. DH and I are consulting with a Parent Advisor as DD2's school don't appear to be meeting their obligations in the number of hours support they have to provide in addition to her statement.

No chance at all of catching up all posts.

Hope everyone is ok and enjoying their shopping 'opportunities'

Hugs to everyone who needs them.

    catch up later
  • Right, I'm off to do my chicken curry in the slow pot (hoping it may help tigercub along). Been marinading the chicken in the cheapo Sharwoods wrap kit marinade from a while back. And got to hang up some wet washing - the washer has been beeping for half an hour to tell me it's finished.
    Later gators x
