Yep that's right :D Decorating pah....get yer glad rags on it's time to get to A's and find a nice young SA to be of service :p:rotfl:

Perhaps I am the exception to the rule :p:p:p:o:rotfl:

Sounds to me that you've been a fab daughter and a fab Mummy, I think that's a mighty fine talent in itself :T

I don't think many are using real details ;) You don't actually have to put in anything valid to print your voucher :) I can sypathise completely, infact I would probably trump you at worrying! :o

Don't berate yourself. It's incredibly incredibly difficult to cope in your situation, my Mum has found it hard in the last couple of years. I'm not cut out for the caring role either, I have such a temper and when something seems like common sense to me, I get very angry :o:o But doing what you are is fantastic :A I'm glad Mum's a little more independent and this has reduced the level of care you have to provide, atleast a little. Though I'm sorry she is losing the use of her arm :(

:T:D So pleased your girls have been helping out where they can and giving you a rest :A I didn't realise DD1 was on final placement, I thought she'd finished completely. Yes if she's lived away for so long, it must be a shock to the system but it's lovely she is able to come home and for you to spend a bit more time together before she sets up home herself. And I'm sure saving the pennies is a key factor too, giving her the best start in life :T Must have been a very busy summer with everyone back! Hope you get to have a bit of peace and quiet now ;) or atleast reclaim your lounge back now the stash can be relocated ;);):rotfl::rotfl:

You must have missed my posts that she failed her 1st placement passed her 2nd which counted as 1st so needed to do a 3rd to count as 2nd....you with me. Tutor said no need to retake whole of year as academically flying, got first for her dissertation. She graduated in july with a social studies degree and once this placement is finished will be updgraded to full honours social work. If that makes sense. Uni were brilliant and managed to find her a placement very close to home as the lease ran out on her Portsmouth flat in June.

I reclaimed the lounge before we went camping but it still has some camping stuff to be sorted like washing sleeping bags etc. I wonder why I don't get time to do it? ;) Keeping on top of the stash I think. Maybe not car still has tonights bits in. :o:o

Please can you post a pic when you get time please. I am just interest to see if it is worth the 9 mile drive to collect it. :)

    Cheers

Sorry 3010 I didn't get to use it as my O2 said I had to re install the app and re add all the details as it had expired. As it was my sons old number I was using, and I didn't have it with me. So couldn't. Had to go without my freebie :(
But someone did post a pic of it on Sunday I think it was and it looks pretty good :)

Great dress! I didn't get "paper invited" to the wedding I was invited to in person by the bride  Not impressed, I was in two minds whether I was going to be able to go (logistics nearer the day) but I had my outfit all sorted and I'm sure I told you about my £70 dress that I got for under £20 thanks to discounts and sale reductions, really a bit  now and pretty offended actually!

Here's the dress, gutted as I look so good in it and it's too dressy for daytime, for me anyway :( It's actually floor length but the way it's photographed it looks much shorter.

    dress.png

It was £69.50 down to £30 in sale, then there was 20% off certain items...£24....then 20% off when you spend £50 so in all I paid £19.20 :D

Hope you are feeling a little better soon, you know where I am if you want to chat honey xxx

Nice dress, could see Cat Deeley wearing that. :)

Happened to me also today - but after examining the "potentially fraudulant descrepancy" they were happy to let it be processed . . . .

Guy asked me "why I bought 3 bottles of Ketchup at the same time" - I said no problem I'm emptying the bottles out and selling the empty bottles to the Americans on Ebay at $20 a pop - collectors items, its all Mo Farah uses.

    :hello:Hello love!

To be honest what with their petty squabbles, I'm not surprised you didn't get an invite. Completely their loss!

Yeah we talked about it before, the dress I mean ;) and it's gorgeous!! I'm so sorry that you haven't got an occasion planned in the foreseeable future to wear the dress but be patient, like I was with mine. It's a stunning dress, I wore a floral maxi dress at new year, you never know what's around the corner and you will shine like a star and feel a million dollars wearing it :T BRILLIANT bargain in the meantime though

Thank you as always :A You are wonderful and likewise, I really hope you're feeling better xx

Awww yes I'm sorry I did miss that! :( But so pleased she can make it up without retaking the entire year. Her grades are fantastic, I hope she and you are suitably proud :D And a first in her dissertation, WOW! That's really great TS, I'm glad it's all working out nicely for her :)

Hahahahaha! Brilliant! Hehe! Glad you reclaimed the lounge ;) I am managing to contain mine at the moment. All due to the fact that I never found one pack of Plenty or Shades :(:(:( boooo! xx

    Night all, sweet dreams. :A:A:A

All APGs in safe and sound. Forgot about the extra 10% bit so couple of mine have gone over what I like to keep them at. Going to stop on the hair care one now I definitely have enough. I don't know how you old cottagers kept up with DTD. Only dipped my toes in on the tail end of that one, never got my head around it soon enough. I'm going to move on to either dental or cleaning if it is still on tomorrow. But I think I might give the cider a try as DD1 likes that. :D

I used to work with someone who travelled here from Cardiff, never understood how they could justify the train fare vs the wage packet

You are brilliant honey, you always make me feel better, I wish you could do that for yourself xx

I reckon F (local one) has told C (bride) not to invite me, bliddy typical, mind you I don't really want to see F so maybe it's for the best! Only talking to the third sister (B) now, who's not going either due to her little boy being so ill, so maybe I'll go and spend the day with her since I'm going to be in Dorset anyway! :)

Re the dress, I'm trying to lose weight so I can see it going on ebay unworn, I'll take it on hols though and see if I fancy wearing it, unlikely though!
