I expect you to delete this because it contains nothing but tripe and makes catching up take longer!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::p:p:p (btw it took me all day to catch up and I don't even have a sada near me!! :):p )

LOL, Great minds. I was sorely tempted to end my original post with

I sold some shoes on eBay at the weekend and when I took them to the post office yesterday the postage was cheaper than I thought so being the nice person that I am, I refunded the difference to the buyer

I had a message from her today saying what a nice thing it was to do and shame there aren't more people like me :)

Just gave me a nice warm fuzzy feeling after being constantly moaned at in work :)

I keep the extra for packaging costs, no way would I refund the difference unless it was over £2 more than it cost to send, but that's just me....

I had one woman asking why I was charging £3.20 P&P when it would only cost £2.20 to send, I told her I make a nominal packaging charge (I don't pack it in thin air after all) and had a bit of a :rotfl:, like I always do when buyers answer their own questions! :D
