I know it's too late now but will people please use a different email, address and name for EVERY receipt that they put in. This really does solve the problem. If you PM me your receipt details I'll have a bash at seeing how it's locked.

Luckily I've never been in your situation.

How is it that you can add different address details a second time anyway? I mainly use the mobile app which never asks for addresses so I'm not too familiar with the website workings

I thought once they were entered once they were locked in for that voucher. Maybe the redeemable value is locked in too?
