I don't know whether to laugh or cry!! :p:p:p:o:o:o

I've spent the whole day going round about the houses trying to work out whether to get any toothpaste/cleaning products. Finally worked out what I was going to do at 7:30 leaving me 30 mins to put a bit of slap on, get in A's and pray that a lovely SA was on. Did this all in record time, fab SA on SS. NO bleddy toothpaste!!:mad::mad::mad::eek: No macaroons either but I could live without them, toothpaste no! Turns out they don't stock it :(

Considering how small my store is I was shocked at the state of the pet aisle, it looked like a jumble sale! Nothing left there either, the cupboard was bare and so was my boot on the way home! Doh! :p

Oh Fudge that's carp :( I feel for you.

I was in A's spending 2 x £12+ apg's & got trouted (in a nice way though compared to T's more mackereled:D). I went through s/s till as I like to alternate between tills but this youngish lad said that he'd never seen such a big one (he!! he!!) & pointed out that in the middle of the bar code no. is the actual value of the apg & mine were incorrect. He promptly took it away to a supervisor who photocopied it with my receipt & gave them back to me to use on my shop. They showed me one for 55p & it's true the value your apg is within the barcode example: 9986 055 7654 for those under value of £10. This was news to me although I bet some savvy's on here already know that. Now I feel exposed not sure whether to go back as I have others around £12 & £13 :o

I am SO wound up so I am going to vent. Got MEGA trouted at Ts today. Popped to my local for lunch bits today and grabbed a tin of beanz. Took through SS and was accepted fine. Not even needing to be approved.Excellent I thought. Was about to insert coupon when SA came over and said I need to see that coupon. Showed it to her and she said she I cant take this. Called over her colleague to look at it. Not to check if it was ok to take just to say look at this coupon. Then called another SA. Ended up with 3 SAs asking me where I got coupon from.Said FB and got Yeah but who put it on FB. I said Heinz did. Then got we cant take photo copies. Said it was a print out.I asked if they were sure they couldnt take it as they are rubbish at coupons at my local so I often end up taking shopping over to CS for money bk n they take the vouchers. Got told CS would say the same. They made me feel so awful for using coupon. I actually went bnright red and I could feel my face burning. I thought I was goin to cry at one point. They would not shut up even when I said plz can you take the item off. They knew I was getting upset because two of them really backed off and the other one started to try to apologise. Have emailed CS and now awaiting reply. This is the second time in two weeks I have had to complain about bad customer service in that store so have said in my message that I won't be shopping at Ts till its resolved.Sorry to moan everyone but I'm upset.
I'm really sorry you had problems with the vouchers. I also had problems with them. They made me feel exactly the same it was awful. Hope your feeling a bit better now.

When I did my last shop tonight I caught the tail end of whoopsies and bought several bakery and fruit and veg items, along with some branded sausages reduced to 44p.
I took a chance and stuck them all through with my tommy k and wine shop and none were included in the comparison.
Ideal way of adding lots of extra items to make your receipts a lot longer so they are not as likely to scrutinise your APG. :)

I'll be doing most Asda shops in the evenings ;)
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Toothpaste/mouthwash glitch is exactly the same as the shampoo glitch, just this time you have to check Asda v's Waitrose.

So first cheapest thing I came across as an example:
    082228.jpg
    £1.20 @ Waitrose
    £1.00 @ Asda

So we use this as your base price for other products: £1.20 x2 = £2.40 divide by 3 = 80p so your 3 products will cost 80p each.

For those who don't have little ones, Steradent Active Plus Original Tablets (30) compare £1 A and W, so products should cost 66/67p.

(Steradent can be used for cleaning stains on glasses, cups, or drop a couple down the loo) :)

Ahhhhh, those dreamy dreamy DTD days. I remember the day when they capped it to £20, thought it was the end of the world, lol. :money:
MY good freind, that was merely the start! IT still hasn't ended really, I just prefer SADA at the moment. :rotfl:

re printing is it just the loreal ones you have probs with or beforeishop in general ?
Thanks for the offer. It is a problem with just the L'oreal voucher.s All others print (in IE and Chrome - I don't use FF).

Can second this. Did my parsnips in them this week and although they were good, they were not as good as the oven.

I've been hoping to find something useful to post you all and also waiting for it to get back to the loving, caring, sharing community i remember from DTD. So glad the good & loving vibes have returned x

arggh, scunnered, gutted. my shop didn't compare said i didn't have 8 diff items when i had 10, 8 diff. going to have to return most of it as don't have money to lose on this :( wouldn't even let me know what didn't compare. anyway thanks for all your help think i'll leave these sort of glitches to the masters x
Lots of newbies do this. Head my warning all newbies. Just make sure you buy 10-12 items to be sure. I actually buy closer to 15 that never cost me more than £2. It is just not worth the hassle.

Shampoo still working and if anyone can let me know any dark brown hair dyes that are working for my DW would be appreciated as the casting dark brown is not in my asda and that is the only one I have seen/remembered and they all look the same to me so keep buying shampoo instead :rotfl:
    Nie n Easy 116, 117, 117D, 118, 121, 121A etc. All worked for me. :A

ChoirchickGoogle Barcodes. All vouchers under £10 have always (at Tesoc and ASDA) (and when I worked at Netto) contained the price and some contain the weight (like meat). For those over £10 they need to be entered manually so use a generic barcode. Look at all your vouchers you'll see the barcode is the same HTH. Oh, I got a bag of Wagg whoopsied today from £10.80 down to £5 but they scanned it at full. Got a full refund and £2 and told them to keep it as OH said we shouldn't be feeding dog on it (dog is on a diet) all bloody same to me! :o
Snap - ant. If you want me to get you some high end shampoo and deliver it, let me know via PM. I don't mind helping out a gent like you.

Hope all are well this evening. Everyone getting their lists ready for tomorrow? :A
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.
