  • Well after my last post I had to do a mad dash to T's
Realised the stuff my Mum wants is on offer and finishes tomorrow but I won't be able to go out tomorrow, so it was shoes on and run out the door time!
The girl on the SS tills didn't know what to do with the PP voucher, she wanted to save the transaction and take me to CS, said no don't have time for that you just put it through manually, while trying not to roll my eyes! She replied with well it says here you need the receipt, so I produce the receipt and she's obviously got no clue, so I tell her she needs to play snap with the numbers along the bottom of the voucher and the receipt :rotfl: Then told her what to press on the screen to put it through manually. I had almost forgot how freakin' annoying it is to shop in T's...

So I went to A's when I came out and got some more shampoo ;):D :rotfl: The girl on there was a breath of fresh air, talk about night and day. So that is DEFINITELY my last lot of shampoo, got one SP gel and 5 others, so hopefully I'll be all good this time! No way am I waiting up to put the details in though, it can wait until the morning!

And on that not I bid you all farwell

    Goodnight Elite

  • thanks for all the posts, with what to buy, what not to buy, and piccies, all very helpful :D Just waiting for another 10 mins to check my receipts did 2 small shops one with shampoo one with wine fingers crossed :)
  • Didn't come back from our hols in Majorca until Tuesday night so missed a few days of the wine glitch but pleased to say I quickly caught up!!! Have to say I quite like the rose and very pleased that I have a fair few stashed away. Got a feeling now though after talking about dtd that I will be sorry that I didn't get more, the banrock and wolfie were consumed far too quickly even though I thought they would last ages!!!!

    Thanks Miss Laid.

I totally know what you mean not having to scrabble around, its a nightmare. However i'm wondering what would happen if I got five of the more expensive items of the same value, ie 5 x Elnett (£4 each) then 1 sp conditioner, plus my eight sp items. That way I would only have to go once. I've tried with 2 x Elnett and it worked fine but I see 5 items is possible... so can they be the same item please? I want to get 5 Elnett and then call it a day on this glitch, I wont be repeating at that, i'll be happy!

I did the smaller cheaper bottles as I use those anyway and it keeps the APG under £10, I go away for weekends a lot and the smaller sized bottles are ideal, plus they are only £1 down from £1.80 :)

  • Oh booger, just realised that I bought Velvet moist wipes and not andrex washlets tonight. Andrex coupons went through ok with them and they are £1 in A just the same but n/a in Tesco and £1.88 in W.
Never put off til tomorrow what you can do today. (the glitch might be over by then!!)
  • See my earlier post - I bought 4 packs of the plain coconut macaroons and they did not compare so seems to be over, unless anyone else knows different!
Oh poop - I've just bought 6 packs of the choc covered macaroons (I do love them). If they're wrong, it's a loss I'll take...

i thought it was 2/3 of assda price. but its 2/3rds of competitors price.
Asda isn't doing the 2 for 3 it's Waitrose so the 2/3 will come off Waitrose.
