They would not shut up even when I said plz can you take the item off. They knew I was getting upset because two of them really backed off and the other one started to try to apologise. Have emailed CS and now awaiting reply. This is the second time in two weeks I have had to complain about bad customer service in that store so have said in my message that I won't be shopping at Ts till its resolved.Sorry to moan everyone but I'm upset.:mad:

Well the should have taken it as it is not on their banned coupon list. I tried to use a Lenor one today and the lady on ss nearly freaked out and dashed to get her banned coupon folder out.

Out of interest there was a £5 Andrew voucher which I assume has been sold on eBay or something and two others. Sorry i could not see the other as she closed it too quickly.

Im about to book a short break to France via Eurostar, I noticed the hotel and eurostar can be done through quidco but i have never used quidco and im not sure what its all about. Can someone please give me some advice on this, thanks.
