I am SO wound up so I am going to vent. Got MEGA trouted at Ts today. Popped to my local for lunch bits today and grabbed a tin of beanz. Took through SS and was accepted fine.Not even needing to be approved.Excellent I thought. Was about to insert coupon when SA came over and said I need to see that coupon. Showed it to her and she said she I cant take this. Called over her colleague to look at it. Not to check if it was ok to take just to say look at this coupon. Then called another SA. Ended up with 3 SAs asking me where I got coupon from.Said FB and got Yeah but who put it on FB. I said Heinz did. Then got we cant take photo copies. Said it was a print out.I asked if they were sure they couldnt take it as they are rubbish at coupons at my local so I often end up taking shopping over to CS for money bk n they take the vouchers. Got told CS would say the same. They made me feel so awful for using coupon. I actually went bnright red and I could feel my face burning. I thought I was goin to cry at one point. They would not shut up even when I said plz can you take the item off. They knew I was getting upset because two of them really backed off and the other one started to try to apologise. Have emailed CS and now awaiting reply. This is the second time in two weeks I have had to complain about bad customer service in that store so have said in my message that I won't be shopping at Ts till its resolved.Sorry to moan everyone but I'm upset.:mad:
