I know it's not a's or t's but just been to boots for the fragrance points and they just wapped all my points of me? An error in their system or something? Did someone have this the other day? And did they get it sorted? Check your points folks x

Are you talking about your balance looking like 0 points? I have had this all weekend.. my card wouldn't work in the kiosk either.. Went to customer service in store and was told the system is down right at the top and is being fixed. Told me the card will still take points but I wouldn't be able to see my account. It wouldn't work in the SS.. I didn't make a fuss as I was getting the hand cream glitch and emailed them when I got home. Just have to wait for a reply as they can take 3 days.

If I miss read your error sorry


EDIT: Just checked my advantage card and its suddenly all back!?! and my card did read at the SS even though it error on me. No reply from Mr shoes as yet but I'm assuming the system is being fixed slowly.

Yes, the cheapest item is £1 - baby toothpaste is one of these.
I'm not sure though that a cheapest item is needed if it compares at 80p? as on Mysupermarket it shows the baby toothpaste at £1.20 in Waitrose?

Been popping in & out on my phone this morning from work but it's a female dog to type replies on so been clock watching til lunchtime.

Right the tresemme 900ml bottles. So far I've had 2 different ones work -

1 x TRESemm! Salon Silk Shampoo (900ml) £4.00 £0.16
1 x TRESemm! Healthy Volume Shampoo (900ml) £4.00 £0.16

I thought the moisture one worked as well but I have given some bottles away and ditched a couple of receipts so can't check sorry

I use my card for the so fragrance, got the 2000 and then when I got them to check the balance, they had disappeared. Now when I ring they say they are updating their points system. I hope they show when it's sorted.
