  • I'm glad you went to A&E last night,I hope everything is ok today.

He's fine now, just a huge bump and some jaw ache (seems to be partially cured by ice cream though!)

Thankyou again for the kick up the bum

Evening guys - I am still catching up as was dropping off when catching up last night. I hadn't had any sleep the night before but slept, on and off till 3.43 this afternoon :o I did get up earlier and let Molly out of her crate and them into the garden, but just went back to bed with back door open and let Molly get up on the bed with me and Bess - all sleeping cosy together lol

I tried last night to finish sorting out my walk-in cupbaord. Got the last of the stuff out, and put together the Keter shelving but was disappointed with the size, thought it would be bigger ;) I put it sideways in beside the freezer but that meant I had to bend and stretch to fill it, hurting my back as I was doing it. Anyway, just as I got the last things on it, it toppled towards the freezer, and I had to stop things sliding off. Managed to get most off but just couldn't manage the wine on the bottom shelf, due to my back, so gave up on it :( Can I ask those who have them, the bottom feet, do they go in to leave about an inch or two showing which is what has noww happened to the front feet, or do they just go in to leave about 3 or 4 inches. It looks like I need to fix it to the wall, but just can't do this at the moment .... and no by myself :o

I then cleared the rest of stuff off the bed which had come out of the cupboard, so I can hardly move in my bedrrom. I can;t get to the other side of the bed or my wardrobe  I then started to catch up on here but, as I said, got too tired and, with all this     going on, I just left it without posting and went to bed :(:(

Down day for me, back is sore, I didn't get my car today as Alan's pension money hasn't come through yet, and then so sad reading all the posts wwwhile catching up ..... I have got to this morning's posts of about 8.30 but must get ready and take these poor doggies out for a walk. It will be a short one, due to my back, but that'll have to do them

    Me too! Goodnight Elite :Axx

ETA: One very very very very important thing I forgot :o:o:o:o:o:o:( is to send a great big cuddle and smacker on the cheek for the wonderful 3Dogs. If anyone wants a lesson in how to be an honourable human being, look at this courageous lady's posts :A xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I was already feeling down and then got to your post darling F_C :A and cried my eyes out. You really are someone special, and I can't wait to meet you some time in the future. I am finding it hard without Alan as we shared so much, being together 24/7 for so long, but I have just got to get on with it, as nothing can bring him back :( Missing him like crazy today so won't be posting until I have caught up and feeling a bit better

I have just finished reading last nights posts and am so upset with the whole thing, it was just horrible:eek:For the next few days I think theirs a few things I'm going to do because if the A's glitch continues we're going to get a lot of "visitors";);)
Heres my list of what I'm doing;)
1/ Start using the ignore list (Don't like doing it but at the moment it seems sensible;))
2/Totally ignore any trolling and not comment(Will be hard but I'm going to do it;))
3/Not going to comment on anything I disagree with (Hard for me:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:but I will not be drawn into anymore"discussions" about the rights and wrongs of glitches)
4/Stay focussed on the whole idea of the thread which is to support each other and save money:T:T:T

If anyone catches me breaking my own rules in the next few days feel free to slap me with a wet fish;)

I think this is what we all have to do, just get on with it and not be drawn by the bragging/fishing posts, or into 'those' arguements. Too many people are going through really tough times at the moment and all this is just too much for them .... and for our lovely thread. The caring, and the sharing, will go on ....... and on ........ and on ........... because there are too many lovely special people on here to let it die

Don't know if I have said what I wanted to say properly, but that's my way of thinking

Lots of love to Snap-Ant and hope the results were ok this morning. such a terribly worrying time for them .......... and many others on here too. sorry for not naming the others individually but mind gone blank and it seems to tbe getting very dark so best get those doggies out right now

    Love you all :A

  • thanks everyone for the advice earlier.
Just from A once again. Returned the 2 dyes from one shop - bought wrong shade number - oops.

Bought another 2 this time with the cond. Fingers crossed this time.
Will do the second return tomorrow when different cs staff are on. Hopefully will still be working tomorrow.

I wombled a couple of receipts earlier and one of them came back with £2 odds but I didn't need to enter an address. The receipts isnt marked as having had an apg. Any suggestions please - should I still use it?

And finally, walking back to the car, there was a soggy wet £5 note lying in a puddle! Now drying out nicely on top of the kitchen worktop! :T:T:T
Never put off til tomorrow what you can do today. (the glitch might be over by then!!)
