Please help...possible win?

I don't use twitter much however there was a competition where you had to tweet Samsung your favourite Olympic moment, I think it was to win Paralympic tickets, so I decided to tweet, however as I said I don't use twitter much but I recieved a message last Friday 24th from PromoVeritas asking me to contact them by 5pm on 24th. I have only just seen this message as I have not logged on to twitter since last Thursday to enter the comp.
Surely Samsung would have tweeted back and I would have recieved an email or something, looking at PromoVeritas twitter page it seems a few people have been contacted.
Do you think it was a win? What should I do?

    I went to the PromoVeritas website and filled in a contact form with my details on telling them that I could not get onto twitter for a week and I recieved a reply back last night saying the office was closed but they will pass the message onto the person I was asked to contact and he should get back to me today.

    Fingers crossed for you! I would check your setting on your twitter account as to what notifications you have set up to recieve.

    If you click on the head symbol next to the quill in the blue box once youve logged in, then click on email notifications on the left hand side it gives you lots of options. I would suggest emails on for a direct message and also the box for if my tweets get a reply for a mention on a tweet and change that setting to everyone not just the people you follow just incase as some people annouce winners with a mention rather than a direct message.

    Oh and make sure your twitter emails don't go into your junk email as mine use to!

    Thank you for your tips, I didnt reaise you could do that, I checked the settings and it was only set to email me from people I follow I have now changed this to everyone that mentions me etc. I have received a reply back however it is not good news :(
    The tweet was concerning your entry into the #samsung2012 promotion to win Paralympic Tickets. Unfortunately, you have responded beyond the stated response time which was necessarily short due to the nature of the prize and as per the terms and conditions we have reallocated the prize to a reserve winner. I am very sorry about this.

    Hopefully the prize went to someone who appreciates it, If I had responded back in time I would have passed them on to a friend or family member as I know a few people that would have liked to have gone.
