If so, that leaves, ram, motherboard, cpu, and graphics card. In that case, try reseating the ram and graphics card (with all the drives removed).
Tried everything except booting without cmos battery.A mate found out for me that it is a trojan virus called "yoyo"0 -

try checking the cables to all ide/sata drives... my pc does that ALOT0

No mate,not yet.I am slaving her hardrive on another pc at the moment to try and rescue her data,homework,etc then its off to my mate to be formatted (as apparently this yoyo virus embedds itself in the boot sector)and windows reinstalled.0
