Protection buying from Amazon Marketplace?

Hi All,

I have just seen a good buy from a seller on amazon's market place!

Now the question I have - are you protected?

This seller is new and has no feedback. They are £50 cheaper than anyone else. Plus it looks like a individual (i.e. not a shop)

Will I be protected (by amazon or credit card)?

there are some fake items in amazon marketplace. especially DVD's. Buut I'm sure that there is buyer protection.
