Help with sickness benefit entitlements

Hi there!
I have recently been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome/ME and have so far been off work for approx 6 weeks. Due to the nature of the illness, I have no idea when I will be fit for work again. After 10 weeks my sickness entitlement reduces to half pay. I am concerned that once this happens, I won't be able to keep my house because I live on my own and won't be able to afford my monthly outgoings. In addition, my friend took out a mortgage for me and we arranged that I should pay him monthly, making the mortgage side of things even more tricky.
Are there any additional sickness benefits I am entitled to?
Any advice really welcomed!!
Thanks in advance
