car parking at anfield

hiyas ive got tickets to see liverpool fc play...finaly!!! im wondering wheres the best place to park,, is there an official car park? cant seem to find any info on website

Anfield Comprehensive School on the corner of Utting Avenue & Priory Road. Cost £5 a car (last time I noticed) & 5 minutes walk from the ground. And you car should be pretty safe.

Ive always parked in one of the street just off Utting Avenue, the other side of Queens Drive, 5-10 minute walk from the stadium and always left with all 4 wheels attached to the car.

Kids will offer not to smash your windows for a couple of quid just tell them you will pay when you return after the game, if they are still there give them a couple of quid if not then result I have only ever paid once.

Thats actually why we moved to the other end of Liverpool. Match days had to be planned like a millitary operation, if you were going out, you knew you couldn't return until at least 6pm otherwise there would be nowhere to park and you would get a ticket. I loved living there but hated how much it ruled my life. Whatever you do, if there are cones or stepladders or chairs with small children sitting on them in a parking space, don't move them :-) Unwritten rule
