To change number of threads just alter the &pp= number, but I wouldn't go too high.

(Note the first page will have more than 40 due to the stickies)

Here are some buttons to display the forum (in forum view) with 40 threads per page instead of the normal 20. You can change the &pp= number to whatever suits you best, but I would advise not selecting a number too much higher.
