Just complete an application through santander for a personal loan which has been what i think so far approved however what is confusing me is the email mentions following;
Great news, your Personal Loan application has been accepted.
If you have already signed your loan agreement through an e signature then there is nothing else you need to do. Your money will be in your Santander account within two working days.
Otherwise your loan agreement will be with you shortly – please sign and return it in the first class envelope provided. Once we’ve received these your funds will be transferred into your current account within two working days.
How do you know if you have signed an e signature?

It will have asked you to check a box which it informs you constitutes an electronic signature, with all the implications of signing a paper copy of an agreement. If you've completed a full loan application online and have been approved then I suspect you've done this.0
