It should appear as an announcement card on your own homepage or can be found on the quick links section on the left of your home page, the bottom right orange sqaure button, if you hover over it it should say 'blog'.then you can click it.

Yay, code took me to target. Managed to get a DS, thankfully! Was a bit of an odd format though.
