Hello, I am new to swagbucks and just signed up for the 16gb usb stick for 10p from pointblog. I stupidly gave my card details and assumed that it would be easy to cancel. However I have spoken to customer services who didn't seem to comprehend half of what I was explaining and am worried that I am going to be charged £45 at the end of the trial. I have also emailed the company requesting that my order and subscription is cancelled. But after googling I am worried that I will still be charged.
Sorry for the ramble. I just can't afford to be charged £45 and wondered if anyone has any advice or experience with this company please?
Many thanksAuguast GC: £2000 -

Update - Eventually was given a new giftcard code which is valid and I've promptly used. I'll steer away from New Look giftcards now which is a shame, I'll stick to Paypal as Amazon doesn't have everything I may want to buy online.Earning Swagbucks since May 2012

Speak to your bank see what they advise, if need be cancel your card and get a new one issued.
