I've just completed a DS on the Halifax. Got to the end where I was asked for any comments on the survey I'd completed. Made some comments and clicked the next button only to find a screen that said I didn't qualify for the survey. I'd just completed pages and pages of questions and submitted them!Don't mess with pensioners. :cool:0

I was just about to post about this. There is absolutely no excuse for it - they should do the qualifying questions at the beginning like most of the other survey companies.0
