Does anyone elses SBTv percentage bar go to 99% after 90 %? and then not credit?

Have had this a few times.

mine always goes to 99% since it stopped asking me to enter the capcha codes, but it always credits
but then again some of the vids don't even register on the bar at all

its going to be a long night of SBTV - I've only just log-on as had mu uncle passed away and I was visiting family down south - Was hoping a DS would do it - been been DQ from about 6 and now told no more left!!!
