Monz, what a nasty man. Would the nursery give you a letter saying that the fees have gone down ? How about ringing up to see if you could talk to a more sympathetic person ? ((hugs))0 -

Ask to speak to a manager. You should not be treated like this when you make an enquiry and there is no excuse for an operator leaving you in tears. I used to work in an HMRC call centre and in spite of the huge amount of pressure put on us we were supposed to be polite and sympathetic and deal with enquiries properly. The calls are recorded and the managers do listen to a selection of calls and discuss them with the agent. You can make a complaint to the person's manager and believe me they will deal with it.Don't mess with pensioners. :cool:0 -
Search for cathwales. Is this one of the new bills?
Congratulations!

Grrr, been DQ'd from about 4 surveys this morning, really annoyed as I am so close to a £25 AGC and wanted to claim it today. Hopefully some more will come out later, don't want to have to resort to SBTV again like yesterdaySwagbucks/Amazon Gift Card balance (Savings for Xmas 2019) £0.00/£100.00Additional Earnings Account (Started June 2018) £10600.00/£15000.00Premium Bonds £9460.00/£10000.00
