I just clicked the drop down box so there was something in the first field (DD I think) and left the next 2 fields empty... Worked for me!

Oh and my ex boyfriend deserves everything he gets!

I just tried that offer - accepted all the fake details I offered, didn't credit any SB's, and has sent me 9 spam emails in the 10 minutes since doing so. I won't hold my breath waiting to be credited.

I didnt use fake details as such, it credited instantly tho on Saturday.
