    I queried the DS on energy providers that didn't credit for a lot of people the other day and got the following reply.
    Thank you for your email. I do apologize for the delay in receiving your credit.
    Please allow 3-5 business days for the survey team to credit your account.
    Don't mess with pensioners. :cool:

    I just did the Oat So Simple DS and did not get credited :mad: They can stuff their fruity oats. I will stick with my Aldi porridge! :p

    I had a similar one a few weeks ago for the same product that didn't credit. When I went into Morrisons they had a display of neatly stacked packets of the stuff - I was very tempted to have an 'accident' with the trolly and knock it all down :rotfl:
