in relation to my posts above, didnt realise the offers Spendnsave2010 and myself were talking about were for different sites. pointblog and pointshop.

the sign up pages suggest they are part of the same company, but if they are technically different sites maybe we could sign up for both as new users? instead of maybe only being able to sign up to one

I had that one as well and it credited for me. I had just ordered £10 in paypal and the remaining 2sb were looking lonely by themselves.

I'm interested in those who redeen SB for paypal. Is it because you've already reached the Amazon allowance or because you like the flexibility of paypal? Given that Amazon represent the best value for money those seem to be the natural first port of call.

Thanks. Good to know it's not just me then.

Just had a 50SB trusted survey about packet soups. Credited instantly. Today is going well so far :j
Yup I just got that one too, nice and simple to beat the target for the day.

Am still plugging away though as I want to try to get to 300SB for the day to keep me on track to claim £100 by the middle of the month.

Amazon is the best value for money if you want to spend the money you've earned, however, I prefer to have the actual cash. I save mine in a separate account and this is my emergency fund for vet's bills and other unforeseen expenses. I save up to pay for these rather than pay for insurance. Lots of people are saving for Christmas but we don't have any children to buy for and we don't spend a lot on prezzies. I mostly support charities when Christmas shopping so Amazon vouchers wouldn't help me there.
    Don't mess with pensioners.

In my case I have alot of amazon vouchers from other places, I tend to have a balance of around £100 - £150 on my account so figure I'd rather get the cash when it's an option, unless I'm saving for something specific which amazon sells.

  • I get the maximum 5 x £5 Amazon vouchers each month, but then Paypal becomes better value for money as the higher value amazon vouchers cost more in SB per £. So once I have the £5 amazon vouchers, and save up for £10 Paypal cash. Last month I ended up with £25 worth of amazon credit, and £20 in Paypal cash - not bad!
  • I have just ordered £100 paypal and my account now stands at exactly 0. :p

  • I did the Grepolis offer and it credited within about half an hour, but what a boring game it is! I got to 300 points but I still can't figure out what the objective is, lol.

There's another offer on SponsorPay, I think it's called Snake a Mate. It says you have to allow the app on Facebook, but I just clicked on the offer and it instantly credited me with 11sb without me allowing the app; check it out!
