Most of the videos will credit after a minute or less. Some say watch the whole video and others don't. Some of them will credit after 40 seconds.

Everyone assigned a team - dads or grads
doing different things on swagbucks won you (x) amount of points for your team
The people who earned most points for their team won swagbucks for themselves
