Argh finally got a DS but of course it hasn't credited, fed up with this nonsense! :mad:

:mad::mad::mad::mad: I've just come to the end of a DS to be told that my answers could not be accepted as they say I told them at the begining of the survey i had 1 child and 0 children at the end! I have NO children and my answers were input as a figure and not by a drop-down box. I am pretty annoyed, but have no record to show this (yes, I know I should have done a screen shot :doh:) but its ok to do another DS isn't it as there is no record of fail in my ledger?

Yes if you are DQd it is OK to do another one, Cath. Looks like quite a few of us are a bit fed up today with Swagbucks

I had a very good morning on SB Paul and reached well over the daily goal in an hour 1/2. Its just this misinformation the DS said I gave that i can't go back and check (tho I know it was correct on my part). Onwards and upwards:)

Just got a DS on saving energy and water and no credit. To say that I am now furious is an understatement. Second one this week that has not credited :wall: :mad:

For those who were enquiring about the phone app that was supposed to credit after 4 weeks with 300 sb, I see that Swagbucks UK are now saying on Facebook to 'wait a few days before contacting support because it is taking 6 weeks or so'
