I've been out this evening and then tried 9 daily surveys before being accepted for one, so didn't expect to meet my target but I have just got to 100/100 - will be cashing in £10 paypal tomorrow, too tired now!:j

It's probably a bit late now, but if you still need SBs try Grepolis on Sponsor Pay. I tried it a few weeks ago and it took days for me to reach the 300 point level and I didn't get credited with SB. I noticed it again on the wall today and tried again. Took about an hour to get to the 300 point level and was credited with 93 SB immediately. I chose Rhethymnos Island to build my city because from what I can understand things are built quicker. But you need to do it now because the offer expires in 5 hours time
