Why have I got mail from Swagbucks asking me if I want to join Drinkaware? Have they installed cameras in my home? Can they actually see me through my computer monitor? I only have a couple of glasses of wine a week - honest. Now I'm paranoid :rotfl:

That one turned up in my inbox shortly after I poured the third pint of wine of the evening....luckily I'm not paranoid as I never take my tin foil hat off. :D

  • I signed up for 3 issues of OK magazine for £1, which you can cancel after the 3 issues, also went back through to it again via SB for another 132SB and got by husband 6 issues of auto car, again for £1.

Bargain deal if you already read these plus SB too.

Looked into this a little bit a while back and from what I could find out the only downside to these magazine type offers is they suspiciously often "revert" to full price subs for a year even though you clearly only signed up for the heavily discounted 3/6 issues.

Quite a few issues reported with cancelled direct debits re-appearing and when you query this with the original company you are fobbed off and re-directed to the magazine publishers. Not sure whether this is down to sharp practice or poor attention to detail by individual banks but it did put me off.

I've been thinking - the other night there was an owl outside in one of the trees (I mentioned it on here because I thought it would keep me awake). I bet it was a Swag Homing Owl and was taking notes. I must remember to close all the curtains in future before I get the wine out :D

See I always close the curtains as I have a habit of sitting around my living room in my pjs/underwear and theres a train line at the end of the garden - I suggest a nice tin foil hat and black nasty across any webcams in the region. ;)

I've lined my motorcycle helmet with tinfoil now and I'm wearing that - the only thing is I'll have to drink with a straw, but that's OK. I've not got any black nasties so I'll have to go out and buy some tomorrow. At least I feel a lot better now that I know someone understands - thanks for all your help :T

Off to bed now as there is nothing else for me to do tonight. Will sleep on wether to cash in 3x£5 AGC or continue to the money! G'night all x.
