Just got in and did a daily survey on music and not credited, but I see a lot of us have been having the same problem :mad:

I've managed total for today and completed the month but like a lot of people ds didn't credit yesterday or today, i'm going to put a post on the facebook page and see what they say x

completed 2 surveys no and no credit! one daily and 1 payment wall for 55

i have meet the target but still the extra would be nice. I have screenshots not sure what to do now.

Under the "tools" menu drop down contact support fill out email form and attach the file with screen shot you have. Best to save it as a .jpg format

After saying I wouldn't complete any surveys today I did the daily one and it didn't credit. It did say at the end that it would take 3 to 5 days to credit and there is a phone number to ring!
