Attempted some survey on politics that I went all the way through and it ended up DQing me right at the end.

Also, word of warning. DO NOT do the install vlc media player offer from R1. Though it is a good player that I have used for many years as a backup if videos don't work in my main player, this specific install from the R1 wall will also give you a lovely little piece of adware that will set all your browsers' home pages to some horrible search engine. Fortunately I'm relatively tech savvy so was able to remove all traces of it from my computer. Others may be less fortunate. Also...it doesn't credit!

I am really annoyed as I'm about 10 SB away from my target but I really can't stay up much later going through the painful SBTV as I have work in the morning. Might have to just admit defeat :(

Some of you may have noticed that there has been an update to the PayPal redemption process.
Now, in order to redeem any denomination PayPal card, you MUST have a verified PayPal account.

You also must ensure that your PayPal account is verified.
What does a verified PayPal account mean?
Your PayPal account must be linked to either a bank account or be approved for PayPal Smart Connect or the PayPal Plus MasterCard®.
Verification of identity increases customer trust because it creates a higher level of confidence that a person is who they say they are.

I may have to admit defeat today :( Did a Daily Survey which would have been plenty to achieve target and it hasn't credited. They've always credited straight away before...and it's probably taken the longest too.

Searches? If you've gone 6-8 hours or so, a couple of searches will (likely) be rewarded with some SB.

Also I did the 'design your own Mini' thing on RadiumOne earlier, had to click through a couple of pages of kerfuffle but didn't take long and credited the instant I hit the button!

Camis - I hope it does work out in your favour but I'd thoroughly check out your options comparing it to top-cash-back and quidco first. Read the terms+conditions when they come out as well, bound to be a catch somewhere along the lines

Personally, to me ... swagbucks appears to want to be knowing everything about us and controlling where we shop in order to get bucks, it's like it is becoming an addiction or something.

I won't be using it, I want to be able to spend my money where I want to without someone looking over my shoulder at what i buy.

Just had a look at the FAQs for the US Shop and Earn. It does state that as soon as you click on a store you leave the Swagbuck's site. It also states that Swagbucks and the stores do not exchange any personal information. It takes between 30 and 90 days to be credited and the SBs only go towards the daily target on the day that they are credited. I was concerned at the amount of personal data that Swagbucks would get, but I am a little less concerned after reading this. However I will reserve judgement until it is rolled out here in the UK. If anyone is interested, here is the link to the FAQs:-

Fortunately, I did the vitamin water app (which I think I've done a few times now) about 30 mins ago. Thought it wasn't going to credit and it's just come through :) I can go to bed having met my target :j and live in hope that tomorrow's target is stupidly low!

Thanks for all the links Cally...I dont always read the posts on facebook.

I like the idea of earning when you shop, but I know what you mean, I woulsnt use it for everything, I get my Asda online every other week as can only get a lift every other weekend so would be nice if Asda were on there....

the bingo sounds great and a bit of fun! (if didnt cost many bucks!!)

I use the maximiles site for shopping. This used to be ipoints until it was renamed. They have a lot of partners such as Tesco Direct, amazon, argos etc. You can also earn points with surveys and videos etc.
