The Toluna site still won't allow me to try any surveys as its still saying i haven't finished updating my profile. I tried a few times last night and twice now :mad::mad::mad:

Edit: I just checked the Support section as my 134SB's haven't been awarded and it says 'offer clicked. Participation is being verified' Does this mean I won't get the points til I do a survey. The same status message applies for a Survey Research and iphone tester task.

I've only every had one Brain Juicer survey credit - even the ones done through non-Swagbucks sites don't seem to work for me, so if I get one now I just click out of it. I don't think that the problem is with Swagbucks, though, I think it's Toluna that uses them

I e mailed support, they told me I already had an account with them! But miffed to be honest, it looked like a good site to use but I won't be going near them now.....

Daily survey not insta-crediting... would recommend grabbing a screen shot just to be safe folks...

I wouldn't worry. Toluna is a poor site.

Surveys often don't credit, when they do they are very low paying and you will find all sorts of wierd and wonderful problems wit them.

Glad i'm not missing out on much in that case! I had a nosey round at reviews and it seems like they take a very long time to credit and pay. I'll stick with SB for now

I just completed a survey, but not sure if it was a Daily or not lol. I just clicked on the daily survey and the options before you start were the same, but I got DQ'd teive before a successful one on Crisps. I think it may have been a 70SB (at least a 45SB one) but didn't do a screen or c+p so not sure what to do:( It was one of the 'full screen' surveys.

Cath, the daily surveys are the ones on your home page in a red box with today's date on - if you go to the very first post on here you will see that Cally has put a screenshot of it on that post. If you get DQ'd then there is no point in submitting a screenshot - you just did not meet the demographics for that survey, or it may be that you did not answer a 'test' (trick) question correctly. Sometimes you can get almost all the way through a survey and then get DQ'd - it's annoying, I know, but it's one of the things we have to live with

I've just completed a lengthy Daily Survey on porridge that hasn't credited. The thank you page said it would take 3 to 5 days to credit! I shall make sure I get this one or complain long and loud to Swagbucks. I'm getting a bit fed up with working for nothing.
