So far in the last 3 months this property has been put on the market at a price with a "PRELIMINARY ANNOUNCEMENT", taken off, put on a lower price and yet again it's another "PRELIMINARY ANNOUNCEMENT".

This is the 3rd "PRELIMINARY ANNOUNCEMENT" so far for this property. Wont this actually be hacking off people who may want to go and see it?
