Hello, posting from a new account as I lost previous details.
I went BR in Nov last year. I had loaned £6000 to friends of (my now ex) partner and had to resort to getting a CCJ against them to get them to repay.
They repay at £100 a month and still owe several thousand. I have been asked to supply details to the OR, as the outstanding money due to me is considered to be an asset in bankruptcy.
My question is: do these repayments impact the potential for AD as they are due to continue for at least two more years? I am unemployed with no income.
Thanks in advance.

no aslong as you cooperate with the OR/Trustee fully then you will get your AD, It would only be delayed if you dod not tell them or refused to give them details etcHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
