    The Avent gourmet feeder set is good value for no money, Mothercare mum-to-be packs are great 'cos they don't seem to keep a record of who has them so you can just keep applying/picking them up in store & build up a nice little stash of freebies, the lottery survey free £5 or pinecone research lunchon vouchers are always welcome & the free haricut from the Hair group was the best value hairstyle I've ever had!
