Agreement in principle

Options
We have an agreement in principle from the Nationwide. Thanks to all who answered questions.

I now have a couple more and hope someone can tell me. We have the AIP for the maximum we want to borrow, if we reduce this depending on offer, will the Nationwide credit check again, or has all this been done now, and the credit checks all over with.

We also didn't include the car allowance and without this we were fine for the amount we wanted. When we send in payslips will they query this?

Also my husband has a credit card for work expenses as he travels a lot, we don't see this as a debt as the expenses come back in to cover the amounts spent out, does this make a difference to workings.

Sorry to ask so many questions, but I do tend to worry about things.

If you borrow less you will be fine - no furtehr credit checks, just submit the application on the lower amount

If it was agreed without the car allowance then that is fine, they will not query the car allowance as it will actually improve your scenario.

Company credit card will not pose a problem, especially as it is cleared

    Thanks.

Sorry didn't make the credit card situation clear, its my husbands card, and he pays the expenses and then submits it to the company accounts office and they pay it to us and we pay the card. Due to time laspes sometimes there is a balance outstanding, but not at others.

You should still be fine - the company covers the expenses, and the car allowance will probably cover it anyway
