I've just been in my local cafe for a cup of tea (my occasionaly treat) and there was a gorgeous looking rustic sausage bake on the lunch menu.
I know the owner fairly well and asked if I could have his recipe for the kids but it's "top secret" (I guess he has to make a living!). Anyway, I wondered if anyone here could help me out. It looked a bit like a hash: there was sausage and potatoes but didn't appear to be much in the way of baked beans or tomatoes in it.
I guess I could make a hash but put sausage in rather than corned beef, but I would like something a little different. I'm sure I can replicate something like I've seen, but wondered if the OStylers could help me!!
Thanks
<I'm going to keep my rhubarb muffin recipe I offered the cafe owner now as revenge :rotfl:
