Mortgages if you live abroad?

I have moved to live in Ireland but own a flat in Edinburgh which I rent out. My 2 year fixed rate deal is up in June. Can anyone advise which is the best mortgage to get when you let your property and don't live in the UK?

    Plenty of BTL lenders that would look at this for you.

    Will all depend on the figures involved though i.e. property value, mortgage amount and monthly rental income you get
