Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear that. We do occasionally have problems with confirmation notices on Firefox and Internet Explorer. My advice would be to try a different browser or enter via email. All the details are on the competition pages.

I've had to install Chrome for just these comps, but there is a handy add-on for FF that allows you to click Tools - Open in Chrome0
