No contact from training provider

I've been with 'In Training' for eight months and finished a work placement that they got me three months ago. I heard nothing from In Training about my next appointment with my adviser for 2 months so decided to pop in. I was told that I'd recieve a letter in the post with my next appointment, but still haven't. Tried ringing today and my adviser wasn't there. So should I wait for them to get in touch or should I go back in tomorrow?
