It will automatically be credited to the Red Spotted Hanky account associated with the email address you submitted on the form. If you don't already have an account with that email address, then create one using it and the voucher will be credited when you do. I believe it will appear under the EVouchers section on your account (although it may appear as 5000 loyalty points which you would then need to claim as a voucher). All vouchers should be credited within 14 days.
