I had the same problem with T-mobile, zulubabe, and I got in touch with them and set up for access to adult/gambling sites (which this is classed as), without needing credit card. But, although I can now access the site, it still doesn't display the daily winning postcode! I've no idea why though.

You could try a proxy server to get round the restriction, http://anonymouse.org/anonwww.html not sure it'll work but worth a try.

This seems to work. Thanks everyone I don't think I'll need this thread updating anymore but HUGE thanks to everyone who did & thanks rejsystems for providing the solution!
