I ordered one ages ago and it also never arrived Emailed them on the email addy at the bottom for if you have any problems and no reply to that either. Gutted as I do actually use trex, it's fantastic for pastry, tortillas and chapattis ( a teeny amount of trex is the only thing that makes them puff up when cooked on my electric hob), and even breads and yeast cakes. The only bad thing I can say about it is once you've opened the box it's very prone to picking up odours of other foods in the fridge. Had to bin a couple of boxes due to them gradually picking up a distinct smell of garlic or cabbage! If they could make the box reseal somehow that would be great xx

I also did not receive my calendar (it's been over two months) so I've just re-applied. I fully expected the autoreply to say that I'd already ordered one, but it didn't - it only said they'd send one as soon as they are available.

To be fare to the company it was included in the weekly email. So I suspect they have received hundreds of thousands of application. I'm still waiting for mine from October.
